Hiring, Onboarding & Separation

Onboarding is a snap when all of the new-hire forms are available online and the new employee is guided step-by-step through the automated forms completion process.  Employee data is entered only once, after which it is stored in the system and used to automatically populate corresponding fields in all system databases.  The employee, the employee’s supervisor, and the HR manager will all appreciate the ease with which multiple forms, including benefits enrollment forms, are populated with data that the employee needed to enter into the system only once.  The system also automates much of the separation process, including notifications to terminate participation in benefit plans and production of COBRA notices.

Online Enrollment

Whether your employees are self-enrolling in employer-sponsored benefit plans, or a benefits specialist is effecting the enrollments on behalf of the employees, the process is faster, easier and less subject to errors with TriCore’s online enrollment system.  All plan documents, as well as the actual enrollment forms, are available online.  There are no forms to fill out by hand and no possibility of data corruption while transferring information from paper forms to electronic forms or spreadsheets.  Furthermore, there is no loss or corruption of data in transit to benefits providers, because TriCore’s online enrollment system includes (in most cases) direct feeds to the insurance companies.

Employee Self Service

HR managers and supervisors love the employee self-service feature of the HCM system.  Rather than interrupting a manager to request copies of pay stubs, W-2’s, performance reviews, benefit plan participation or other personal information, the employee can simply go online and find the needed form or information.  The employee can also update or change personal information, such as marital status, dependents, address, etc., depending upon permissions granted by the employer.
